No. Your reports are private: we analyse how your business appears and we recommend changes that can improve its visibility on Google, Google Maps, Apple Maps, Bing and other channels where your customers look for businesses like yours. That publishes nothing. What does require your authorisation is changing your page, your Google Business Profile, your map or directory listings and your social media, or publishing content in your name. None of that happens without your yes.

We keep what is needed to provide the service: your business details, your permissions and the record of what we did. Most of the analysis is done with public information. If we need access to an account — Google, your page or a social network, for example — we ask you for it explicitly, and we do not access bank accounts, payments, financial records or your customers’ databases. Nora only processes the enquiries and messages you ask her to handle. We do not sell your data or your customers’ data, and you can ask us to delete it when you leave.
